Our fee model is designed to mirror the long-term success of our clients’ appointments. A significant portion is deferred until a new leader completes six months in post. This ensures alignment with integration, impact and sustainability, not urgency or turnover.
Profit shared with purpose
Our profit-sharing model distributes value between clients, consultants and partners. There are no volume targets or sales bonuses. We grow by serving well, not by scaling fast. This approach rewards judgement, stewardship and alignment over time.
