Kate Sinclair

Kate leads marketing, events, and engagement at Philanthrope. She shapes how the firm shows up in the world, through campaigns, partnerships, and communications that reflect its values and voice. She also supports executive search for non-profit clients, helping deliver inclusive, values-led appointments.

She brings experience across the charity, cultural, and public sectors, with a background in business development, stakeholder engagement, and campaign delivery. She has led national campaigns, built sector partnerships, and delivered large-scale public events.

Kate also serves as Secretary of the Cooperative, supporting inclusive governance and helping ensure the firm’s internal processes reflect its values.
