Billie supports research, operations, and business administration at Philanthrope. She plays a key role in maintaining the systems, processes, and data that underpin the firm’s search and advisory work.
Her background spans public sector administration, academic research, and operational support. Before joining Philanthrope, she held roles in the Civil Service, NHS, and Thames Valley Police. She is currently completing a PhD in Arts and Media at the University of Central Lancashire, where her research focuses on the representation of women in film and media.
Billie brings a detail-focused, organised, and thoughtful approach to her work. She helps ensure Philanthrope’s delivery is consistent, inclusive, and aligned with the values of the organisations it serves.
