Graham leads leadership evaluation at Philanthrope. He brings deep expertise in psychology, behavioural science, and leadership assessment to help clients make confident, evidence-based decisions.
His work focuses on evaluating individuals and teams through a behavioural and strategic lens. He explores how leaders think, what they value, and how they are likely to lead in context. He uses structured interviews, tailored assessments, and research-based tools to assess leadership potential, values alignment, and cultural fit.
Graham is currently completing a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Oxford. He previously studied for a DPhil in Psychiatry, an MSc in Psychological Research, and an MA in Psychology with a neuroscience specialism. His academic background and applied experience span clinical, organisational, and research settings.
At Philanthrope, he also helps shape the firm’s leadership evaluation model, embedding psychological rigour, ethical clarity, and inclusive practice into every assessment.
